Function and Application of Flucloxacillin Sodium CAS 1847-24-1

1. Flucloxacillin Sodium is mainly used to treat serious infections of penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, as well as respiratory tract infections (such as acute pharyngitis, purulent tonsillitis), treatment of bacterial infections secondary to colds, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, lung abscess, abscess chest, osteomyelitis, purulent arthritis, acute and chronic otitis media, paranasal sinusitis, periodontitis, boils, carbuncles, dermatitis, cellulitis, tetanus, nail infection, trauma and wound infections, burn infections, urethritis caused by catheterization, prostatitis, gonorrhea, endocarditis, sepsis caused by gram-positive bacteria, especially Staphylococcus aureus.
2. Flucloxacillin Sodium mainly used for various peripheral infections caused by staphylococci, but not effective for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MR-SA) infections
