Function and Application of Anti-Malarial Cinchonine CAS 118-10-5

1. The effect of cinchonine on tumor cell growth was followed by the determination that cinchonine could promote apoptosis of tumor cells. The above experimental results showed that cinchonine could inhibit tumor cell growth, promote early apoptosis of tumor, and enhance the expression of apoptosis-promoting factors and inhibit the expression of apoptosis-inhibiting factors. Cincinnine is expected to be used in anti-tumor applications in the future.
