Function and Application of Apramycin Sulfate CAS 41194-16-5
1. Apramycin Sulfate Mainly used for the treatment of E. coli and other diseases caused by sensitive bacteria in pigs. It can also treat diarrhoea caused by Enterobacter and Salmonella in calves. Also effective against E. coli, Salmonella and some mycoplasma infections in chickens
2. The toxicity of this Apramycin Sulfate is very low, it is well absorbed in the digestive tract, it is evenly distributed in all tissues and can be transferred to livestock and poultry products. It is often used in combination with lincomycin in feed additives, and is effective against mycoplasma in chickens; it is also effective against dysentery in pigs.
3. Ampicillin Sulphate has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria and some Gram-positive bacteria that are susceptible to infection in livestock and poultry, and can effectively prevent and treat diarrhoea, dysentery and stunting caused by bacterial infections in pigs, cattle and chickens, with significant and effective effects; some E. coli and Salmonella are resistant to Gentamicin, Kanamycin and Butamycin, but Ampicillin is still effective against these bacteria, and there is no resistance; after internal administration, Ampicillin Sulphate is slowly absorbed and has a residence time of about 3 days in the intestine, which can prolong the antibacterial time and enhance the bactericidal effect.
