Enrofloxacin and salafloxacin, dalfloxacin, difluoxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, ofloxacin is the third generation of fluoroquinolone broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs commonly used in veterinary clinics, as the ethyl compound of ciprofloxacin, also known as ethyl ciprofloxacin, ethyl ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, effective against gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria and mycobacteria, its antibacterial activity is significantly better than norfloxacin, and the effect on mycobacteria. The effect on mycobacteria is stronger than that of tylosin and tamoxycin. It is easily absorbed by internal administration, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, and is widely distributed in the body. The drug concentration in all tissues except the central nervous system is almost higher than the blood concentration. It can be deethylated in the body, mainly producing the active metabolite ciprofloxacin, but the interspecies differences in metabolism in animals are large, with high metabolic rates in poultry, dogs, rabbits and cattle, and low metabolic rates in horses and pigs. Clinical enrofloxacin is mainly used for the treatment of various mycoses, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, etc. caused by the respiratory system, digestive system, genitourinary system infections, skin infections and sepsis. It is especially suitable for mixed infections caused by multiple bacteria.
