1. Liranaftate is a broad-spectrum antifungal
2. Liranaftate is a squalene epoxidase inhibitor. Used as an antifungal.
3. Liranaftate cream is a relatively safe topical antifungal agent. In mutagenic studies, it was found that Rilanafate Cream had no mutagenic effect on cell chromosomes in either the chromosomal aberration test or in the bone marrow cell micronucleus test, and had no effect on bone marrow cell proliferation. It is mainly used for the treatment of tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis and Candida vulvovaginitis.
