Regifenib is an oral multi-kinase inhibitor that blocks multiple protein kinases associated with angiogenesis [VE GF receptors 1-3, tyrosine receptor kinase 2 (TIE2), the proto-oncogenes KIT, RET, RAF1, BRAF and BRAF V600E, the tumor microenvironment-related receptors platelet-derived grow th factor receptor (PDGFR) and fibroblast grow th factor receptor ( FGFR)]. Phase III studies have shown that regifenib improves overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS) and disease control rate (DCR) in mCRC patients who have received multiple therapies, with a better safety profile and no reduction in quality of life (QoL).

1.Regorafenib (regorafenib, BAY73-4506; trade name Stivarga) is a small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor with a molecular structure similar to sorafenib, the difference only Chemicalbook lies in the fluori ne atom on the middle benzene ring.
