Meclofenoxat e hydrochloride(MecloCl) [CAS,NO:51-68-3], an ester of dimethylethanolamine (DMAE) and 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (pCPA), has been shown to improve memory, have a mentally stimulating effect, and improve general cognition.
